Latest Hamilton Lane Club Fund Vintage Closed at Over USD 310 Million

PE Alliance today announces that the latest vintage of funds managed by Hamilton Lane targeting Nordic investors (the ‘Hamilton Lane Club Funds’) has closed at over USD 310 million. Hamilton Lane Club Funds are highly diversified, institutional-quality investment programs that help make leading private equity funds accessible to Nordic investors.

“Warm thanks to our long-standing investors for their continued trust in Hamilton Lane. I am also pleased that a significant number of new investors have discovered the Club Fund programs. At Hamilton Lane, we will continue doing our best to meet investors’ needs also in the future. Thanks as well to the PE Alliance team for their excellent and valuable partnership, which will continue to remain strong in the future,” says Hamilton Lane’s co-CIO Richard Hope.

In this vintage, alongside the Hamilton Lane Club Fund buyout and venture capital programs, a new growth equity strategy was introduced. This enables investors to access this attractive segment of private equity and gain exposure to leading North American and select European funds in the strategy.

“With this expansion, the Club Fund family now covers the three core strategies of private equity, creating the conditions for investors to build a broadly diversified portfolio of leading global funds. Investor demand for this new growth equity strategy has been strong, as we expected, and it will continue to be part of the annual Club Fund programs,” comments Karl Gracián, Managing Partner at PE Alliance.

Hamilton Lane’s co-chairman Mario Giannini will visit Stockholm in September to meet with investors at a lunch event organized by PE Alliance on September 24. “We are very excited about Mario’s upcoming visit and grateful for the strong demand for our event, which has already attracted registrations from over 150 investors,” Gracián says.

The new generation of Club Fund programs has also been launched to investors, with the first closing already completed. The vintage will remain open to investors until early spring.
